A big staple in Itoshima! A popular shop that makes your drive stylish with its delicious smoothies

This time, we will introduce a juice house located in Itoshima City.

Open the door and you'll find a stylish space! The extremely comfortable juice house "Blue Roof" (Itoshima City)

Blue Roof is about 30 minutes by car from Imajuku IC on the Nishi Kyushu Expressway, making it the perfect place to stop by on your drive around Itoshima.

This is a juice house that sells smoothies and cold-pressed juices made with locally produced and seasonal ingredients.

The blue roof is the landmark. It is an 80-year-old traditional house that was renovated by the owner himself.

The interior of the store is a stylish space with a calm atmosphere, based on wood, and has high ceilings and an open feel.

In addition to table and counter seats, there are also soft and comfortable sofa seats. You'll feel like you're relaxing at home.

It was also nice that there was ample space between the seats.

In addition to the cafe space, there is also a sales space for handmade accessories and miscellaneous goods.

The store also stocks accessories and miscellaneous goods made with dried flowers from its own brand, ANTHOLOGY.

A smoothie full of vegetables and fruits♡Perfect for a drive around Itoshima◎

Blue Roof sells around 20 types of drinks, including seasonal drinks, standard menu items such as green smoothies and fruit smoothies, as well as cold-pressed juices (low-temperature, low-pressure extraction method), lemonade, Yame matcha latte, and Yame roasted green tea latte.

All drinks are available for takeout.

This is the "Cafe Latte Smoothie" (980 yen), a seasonal limited edition item available until the end of November 2023.

Inside is rich espresso jelly...♡ Topped with vanilla ice cream and caramel sauce.

The combination of bitter coffee and sweet whipped cream is addictive. It's so good that it's a shame it's only available for a limited time♪

I also tried the cute two-tone "Premium Smoothie" (690 yen).

A very refreshing mix of strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, and cranberries.

The moderate acidity combined with the Ito Monogatari Drinkable Yogurt and milk made it very easy to drink.

The most popular item is the "Green Smoothie" (550 yen), a nutritious combination of komatsuna, banana, pineapple, apple, and honey! It is apparently the item with the highest repeat purchase rate.

This is the "Red Smoothie" (550 yen) made with tomatoes, bananas, mixed berries, beets, and honey. It's a vegetable smoothie that will make you feel energized just by drinking it.

The staff's top recommendation is the "Homemade Fresh Lemonade" (550 yen), which is made by mixing homemade lemon and honey syrup with tonic water.

This is the "Pineapple Smoothie" (580 yen). You can enjoy the refreshing sweetness of pineapple and apple.

They use coffee beans roasted in-house by "and.roastery" in Itoshima, and the beans are also sold in the store. They are great for gifts or everyday use.
