"PIETRO MIOMIO Fukuoka Daimyo Garden City Store" (Daimyo, Chuo-ku, Fukuoka City) where you can enjoy a healthy lunch in a stylish, open space

PIETRO MIOMIO Fukuoka Daimyo Garden City store opened in June 2023.

This is a specialty store for "Salad Pasta/Rice" where you can choose your base ingredient from pasta or rice, and enjoy it with your favorite Pietro dressing along with 2-3 types of deli and protein that change with the season. In response to the needs of those who want to "enjoy more vegetables to the fullest," you can also enjoy the "Salad Bowl" that is not available at other stores.

In addition to eat-in, take-out is also available.

The wide, vertically-wide interior is unified in natural colors. Outside the large glass windows, you can see the lush, green scenery of Fukuoka Daimyo Garden City Park. Being able to dine while feeling nature in the city is the ultimate relaxation!

All the counter seats are equipped with electrical outlets, so you can charge your devices or work on your computer while you wait. It's easy to use even if you're alone, such as when you're working.

Featured Autumn Limited Menu

For the lunch menu, you can choose your main dish from "Salad Pasta/Rice," "Salad Bowl," or "Hashed Beef." For the set, you can choose your choice of "Today's Soup" or "Drink."

You can choose from five types of dressings: "Japanese Soy Sauce," "Green Japanese Soy Sauce," "Roasted Sesame," "Mellow Lemon," and "Golden Ginger," which is only available for eat-in customers!

This time, we tried two autumn menu items that are only available until Tuesday, December 5, 2023.

This is the "Smoked Salmon and Chopped Olives" from the "Salad Pasta/Rice" (soup set 1,320 yen). For an additional 220 yen, I added "avocado" as a topping, and chose "golden ginger" as the dressing.

For pasta, you can choose linguine from "AGNESI," and for rice, you can choose healthy multigrain rice made from domestically produced glutinous barley and black rice. The photo shows the rice.

The highly aromatic smoked salmon is topped with plenty of black olives, creating an irresistible aroma that fills your nose.

The vegetables are cut into large pieces, so you can really taste the natural flavor of the vegetables! The dressing really brings out the best in the vegetables.

Additionally, the sweet potatoes and walnuts tossed in a sweet honey mustard sauce add a nice accent and autumn feel to the dish.

The crunchy texture of the mixed grain rice was also well balanced.

The soup that came with the set was the "Mushroom and Parmesan Potage," which is also available only in autumn. It had a rich, deep flavor with the aroma of Parmesan and mushrooms. It was delicious!

This is the "Autumn Salad - Prosciutto, Camembert, and Dried Figs" from "Salad Bowl" (drink set 1,595 yen). I chose the "Mellow Lemon" dressing. It comes separately, so you can add it yourself.

The saltiness of the prosciutto and the richness of the Camembert bring out the deliciousness of the vegetables. The refreshing lemon-flavored dressing and the fruity sweetness of the dried figs are the highlights, making for a perfect combination.

Although it was a salad, it was quite filling and I was very satisfied with the lunch.
