Hello♪ I'm chippachapus and I love going to cafes.

This time, we will introduce "Crepe de Happiness", which opened in June 2023!

Enjoy over 40 different flavors! High-end crepe specialty store "Crepe de Happiness" (Kurume City)

Crepe de Happiness is located in Mutsukado-cho, Kurume City, near the entrance to Akebono Parking Lot, a short walk from Kurume City Plaza. It is a take-out specialty store that sells high-quality crepes.

There are over 40 different kinds of crepes, all of which are so luxurious they feel like eating cake.

There is a wide range of items available, from sweet treats to savory dishes.

You can eat strawberries all year round ♡ A new kind of crepe with fluffy homemade dough

The crepes are made from homemade batter that is rich in eggs and quickly baked at high temperature, giving them a fluffy, cake-like texture.

Once an order is placed, they carefully bake each one.

The fresh cream that is added to most sweet crepes is also made in-house, so you can enjoy it fresh.

It has a mild sweetness, a pleasant mouthfeel, and a smooth texture.

Now, let me introduce the crepes that I actually tried.

This is the most popular item, "Luxurious Strawberry Fresh Cream" (1,000 yen).

It contains about four strawberries from top to center, so you can enjoy strawberries no matter where you bite into it.

When you eat it with the batter and fresh cream, it tastes like you're eating strawberry shortcake and is very delicious.

They also have a wide variety of other strawberry crepes, all of which can be enjoyed all year round.

This is "Crepe Brulee" (800 yen).

It is made from fresh cream and custard cream, with a caramelized surface.

The lightly sweet fresh cream and rich custard with a rich egg flavor go perfectly together!

The crispy texture of the caramelized parts and the bittersweet, fragrant taste added a nice accent to the flavor.

These are "Tiramisu" (800 yen) and "Matcha Fresh Cream" (550 yen).

Both are finished with an almost excessive amount of powder.

The matcha fresh cream is an irresistible combination of light and fluffy cream and the rich taste of matcha.

From top to bottom, it is simply composed of matcha powder and fresh cream. It is especially recommended for those who like matcha.

Tiramisu is made with fresh cream, cocoa powder, mascarpone cream, and chocolate sauce.

The milky taste of the mascarpone cream went perfectly with the bitter taste of the cocoa powder.

All the dishes are very filling and satisfying. It's also great to be able to eat while walking around.
