COSAELL COFFEE AND CHEESECAKE SHOP is located a 7-minute walk from Tenjin Minami Station on the Nanakuma Subway Line.

It's an incredibly popular restaurant that everyone in Fukuoka knows about, but since I wasn't living in Fukuoka when it opened in 2020, I was finally able to make my long-awaited first visit!

We always have 14 kinds of cheesecakes in stock, and you can eat in, take out, have them delivered, or reserve them.

The "Cheesecake Sandwich" is also popular, a luxurious cheesecake sandwiched with fruit. The fruits used change with the seasons, including Amaou, peaches, figs, and La France, so don't miss it.

This time I tried the standard series "Mister Chocolat" (500 yen).

Although it looks like a chocolate cake, it has the refined taste of cheesecake. I personally really like the taste. The drizzling chocolate sauce is so cute♡

The rich flavor is irresistible for pistachio lovers. It's so delicious you'll want to order it again and again!
The size was just right, so I was able to eat all three in one go. It was the first time I'd ever had such a delicious cheesecake, and I'm completely hooked on COSAELL COFFEE AND CHEESECAKE SHOP.

The drinks are just as carefully crafted. This is the "Coffee Float" (620 yen).

It has a bitter, adult taste. As the vanilla ice cream melts little by little, it becomes sweeter, so you can enjoy the changes and savor the flavor until the last bite.

It was a scorching hot day, so it was refreshing and rejuvenating (lol).
