This will be the first time in four years that the event will be held in Fukuoka. This time, there will be over 120 types of ice cream from 32 brands, including popular shops and rare dishes that are usually only available in the area.

In addition to soft serve ice cream and gelato that you can eat on the spot, there will also be items to take home and as souvenirs (dry ice will also be sold in cooler bags at the venue, as well as dry ice).

It's an irresistible "10 days covered in ice cream" for those who love it.

I want to try everything! Introducing noteworthy ice creams from our luxurious lineup

Here are just a few of the products you can enjoy at the venue on the day.

Oimo & Coco., a specialty baked sweet potato shop, will be making its first appearance at both Aipaku and Fukuoka. They will be selling high-quality aged baked sweet potatoes as "chilled baked sweet potatoes." You can enjoy baked sweet potatoes that become even sweeter when chilled with vanilla ice cream.

There are also three kinds of roasted sweet potato gelato with the skin on (roasted sweet potato & milk, rich, and the richest in the world) and "Cool breeze fluffy roasted sweet potato shaved ice"!

Frozen Pudding Soft (690 yen) / Frozen Pudding Soft Co., Ltd.

This is also making its first appearance in Fukuoka, and is the extremely popular "Frozen Pudding Soft Serve" in front of the Inner Shrine of Ise Jingu. A semi-frozen, soft-boiled pudding in a jar with a "mushy" texture, topped with plenty of rich soft serve ice cream! The cone hat is also cute.

The only places where you can eat it on the spot are the Mie store and "Aipaku."

Once an order is placed, the corn is grilled on the spot and served to you - crispy and fragrant!

The shop will be selling "Strawberry Daifuku Soft Serve," a soft serve ice cream that recreates the deliciousness of strawberry daifuku. In addition, they will also be selling original parfaits that use fruits from the Setouchi region and are cute in appearance.

The lineup includes the signature "Mikan Bonbon," a soft serve ice cream layered with whipped cream and topped with a generous amount of mandarin pulp, as well as the "Yukimi Daifuku Bonbon," a collaboration with Yukimi Daifuku.

A total of 20 other attractive menu items will be available, including "Kiwi Bonbon," "Chocolate Banana Bonbon," and the hearty "Coffee Jelly Parfait"!

Aipaku's signature product, "Kikyou Shingen Soft Mix," which has been immovably popular since 2015 and has won the Aipaku Award 2016 Gold Award, is a rare soft serve ice cream that is usually hard to find outside of Yamanashi Prefecture.

This is a combination of Yamanashi's famous confectionery "Kikyō Shingen Mochi," made with plenty of fragrant soybean flour and rich, original black honey, and rich soft serve ice cream. It also includes a soybean flour stick (Kikyō Shingen stick) soaked in black honey. It's a rich taste that's almost like a "Japanese-style parfait"!

Also available is the new "Makiba Farm Cow Soft Serve," which you can add your own toppings to on the spot.

Royal Sweet Vanilla (480 yen) / Karuizawa Cafe de Minoriya

Another popular product from "Aipaku" is the "Legendary Vanilla" loved by many celebrities!

It was first served as Karuizawa's first soft serve ice cream in 1955. It is the legendary Vintage Vanilla that sparked a soft serve ice cream boom in Karuizawa. The taste, which has been thoroughly researched down to the "lingering aftertaste" after eating, is practically a work of art! It is a soft serve ice cream that continues to attract repeat customers.

In addition, there will be booths for people who love ice cream too much, with clothes, bags, accessories, and other items made by various creators. For details, please visit the Aipaku official website (https://www.i-89.jp).

By the way, all payments at this event will be cashless (cash payments are not accepted). For more details, please check the Aipaku official website (https://www.i-89.jp). Please come and visit the venue where you will be excited. (Text/ARNE Editorial Department)
