This time, we will introduce a pancake shop that opened this month in Kasuga City.

Kana's Magical Egg Cafe, a pancake specialty store that opened on September 1, 2023.

It's conveniently located right in front of Nishitetsu Kasugabaru Station (West Exit)! There are also many paid parking lots in the area, so it's easy to get there by car.

Once you enter the store, you'll find a very cute blue and white space!

There are table seats and counter seats.

It's an atmosphere that makes it easy to drop in even by yourself.

There is also this adorable semi-private room ♡ If you close the lace curtains, you can enjoy your meal at your own pace without worrying about those around you.

Fluffy and fluffy! Exquisite pancakes made with great care

The pancakes are carefully cooked one by one on a special copper plate.

They only use domestic wheat and the bare minimum of ingredients. Because it's so simple, changing the ingredients can change the taste, texture, and even the rise and volume of the dough, so they pay close attention to every detail.

"Plain Pancakes" (1,100 yen) allow you to directly enjoy the taste of carefully selected ingredients.

The pancakes are topped with fresh cream, and come with maple syrup and soft serve ice cream on the side, so you can enjoy them in a variety of ways.

The texture that melts in your mouth is irresistible! Personally, I felt the freshly baked fluffy texture the most.

This is the "Strawberry Pancakes" (1,450 yen), which is the most popular among women.

As the name suggests, it is filled with sweet and sour strawberry sauce! It goes perfectly with the smooth special mascarpone cream. This also comes with a side of soft serve ice cream.

The "Creme Brulee Pancakes" (1,350 yen) have a crispy texture that makes them stand out!

The surface of the generous amount of custard cream is caramelized. It's a pancake with a delicious sweetness that will make you happy. Of course, it's also delicious with the soft serve ice cream that comes with it!

Next up is the "Matcha Tiramisu Pancakes" (1,400 yen), which is popular with people of all ages.

The bitterness of the matcha went perfectly with the not-too-sweet pancakes, and I ate the whole thing in no time.

The rich matcha sauce that comes with it will enhance the flavor even more.

Other items on the lineup include "Caramel Banana Pancakes" and "Chocolate Banana Pancakes" (1,250 yen each). Pancakes with plenty of fresh cream and bananas are topped with each sauce, making them a flavor that can be enjoyed by both children and adults.

For an additional 300 yen, you can add any of the following to your pancakes: coffee, orange juice, apple juice, cola, ginger ale, or Earl Grey.

A rich drink menu with 23 varieties in total!

There is also an attractive lineup of single drinks with a wide variety!

They also have a take-out menu, so it's perfect as a souvenir.

There are three types of whole-sized pancakes available: "Matcha Whole Cake," "Strawberry Reward Whole Cake," and "Creme Brulee Whole Cake," each priced at 800 yen.

The mini-sized "Pandora" comes in three varieties: "Pandora Muscat," "Pandora Strawberry" (350 yen each), and "Pandora Plain" (300 yen).
