This cute and delicious event will be held again this year, not to be missed by anyone, even if you're not a fan of bread or sweets!
There will be a huge collection of breads and sweets that are visually and tastefully worth trying at least once.
[September 6th-12th] "Bread and Sweets Festival" held at Hakata Hankyu
The Bread and Sweets Festival will be held for 7 days from Wednesday, September 6th to Tuesday, September 12th, 2023 at the Hakata Hankyu 8th floor event hall.
During the event, the venue will feature exclusive Hakata Hankyu menus that allow you to enjoy the seasonal fruits of Ukiha, the fruit kingdom, colorful sweets that will make your fan activities more fun, and even a popular bakery corner (changing daily)!
The lineup of 57 stores, including 5 stores making their first appearance in the Kyushu region and 10 stores making their first appearance in Hakata Hankyu, will be so satisfying you'll want to visit every day during the event. We'll introduce some of them here!
The bread and sweets made with Ukiha fruits are delicious! Hakata Hankyu limited edition products
First of all, there are many products that are exclusive to Hakata Hankyu, which allow you to fully enjoy the seasonal fruits of Ukiha City, a fruit-producing region. *Some products are produced or use ingredients outside of Ukiha City.
[Demonstration] Kanagawa "Laporta" (limited to some areas of Hakata Hankyu)

A collaboration between Shine Muscat grapes and figs from Ukiha and the traditional Italian dessert "Cannoli" from Sicily! The rich ricotta cheese and fruit go perfectly together. It's a stylish dessert that goes well with champagne.
[Demonstration] Yamagata "Beau Chon de Brûlée" (First appearance at Hakata Hankyu, exclusive to Hakata Hankyu)
"Ukiha City fig and Mascarpone Cheese Crouffin" (1 piece) 594 yen*Limited to 50 pieces per day
This is a dish that is topped with plenty of dried figs from Ukiha on top of the evolved croissant "Croffin," which is crisp on the outside and fluffy on the inside. Mascarpone cheese adds an exquisite accent!
Come together, ladies who love your favorite idols! Sweets and drinks in your favorite colors are now available!
There will also be "Favourite Colour Sweets" available, where you can enjoy your favourite character in the form of sweets or drinks.

You can choose from 6 cream colors that allow you to enjoy the original taste and color of the ingredients such as fruit and pistachio, and 8 icing cookie colors. You can also choose from 2 colors for the bear cookie. You can also write text on the chocolate plate as an additional topping using a transfer sheet!
Students from Fukuoka Culinary College of Agriculture and Food Technology will inscribe the letters onto the icing cookies so you can create your very own custom cookie (check the Hakata Hankyu official website for the times when the inscription will be taking place).
There will also be a photo booth at the venue, so you can enjoy your favorite idol to the fullest!

[Demonstration] Tokyo "DUMBO Doughnuts and Coffee" (first appearance in Kyushu region)

This New York-style donut shop, based in Azabu-Juban, Tokyo, is making its first appearance in Kyushu! The donuts have a pop look, but their gentle sweetness is appealing! They're also photogenic when placed on top of a drink cup.

The "Dashimaki Tamago Sandwich" uses authentic dashi rolls made by a caterer. The "Kyoto Beef Shigureni Sandwich" is filled with tender beef seasoned with a unique blend of soy sauce. Both are very filling!

There will also be plenty of bread snacks to pair with wine at the venue! This time, if you purchase bread or sweets at the venue, Enoteca's sommeliers and staff will select the perfect wine for you on the spot. There will also be a corner where you can enjoy "bread drinking" with a glass of wine!
Additionally, the first 100 people who enjoy the wine bar at the venue will receive a discount coupon that can be used for products at Enoteca, the Western liquor store on the basement floor.
