By wrapping freshly cooked rice in plastic wrap, you can maintain the optimum moisture level and aroma of freshly cooked rice!

Rice that has been kept warm in a rice cooker or stored in the refrigerator will lose its flavor due to drying and starch aging. Wrapping freshly cooked rice is the key.

Tip 2: Once cooled, place in a ziplock freezer bag and freeze

Once cooled, place in a ziplock freezer bag, remove as much air as possible, zip it up and freeze.
