The smooth texture is addictive...♡ Two new sweets from [Seven-Eleven]

I'm Masayo Sakamoto, a writer who loves convenience store sweets.

New convenience store sweets are released almost every week. With a lineup of authentic sweets, many people can't help but pick one up. They're just the right size and reasonably priced for a little treat, which makes them a great choice.

This time, we will introduce two new sweets from Seven-Eleven, which has a wide selection of sweets.

1: Perfect for summer! "Mango & Coconut Milk Jelly"

First up is the "Mango & Coconut Milk Jelly" (313 yen), which was released on Monday, July 10th.

This Asian sweet consists of a cup of diced coconut jelly and coconut mousse, topped with whipped cream and mango.

The mango is cut into large pieces, making it visually gorgeous! With one bite, the aroma of mango fills your mouth. The sticky texture goes perfectly with the whipped cream, making it creamy.

The bottom layer is a perfect balance of smooth jelly, crunchy coconut, and fluffy mousse, allowing you to enjoy a variety of textures that will make you want to keep eating.

The coconut is not too sweet, so it has a clean aftertaste! The top layer of mango and whipped cream is very sweet, while the bottom layer of jelly and mousse is refreshing, so you can eat them separately or together! There are many ways to enjoy it.

Recently, the word "fresh" has become more common in convenience stores when it comes to new gourmet foods. A variety of fresh sweets are appearing, such as fresh bread, fresh dorayaki, and fresh cheesecake.

One fresh dessert worth checking out is the "Mochi Crepe with Creamy Fresh Sweet Potato" (216 yen), which went on sale on Wednesday, June 28th.

Crepes are a popular staple among convenience store sweets. Unlike the shape of specialty stores, convenience store crepes are folded into a square shape. They are easy to hold and don't get your hands dirty, which is a big plus!

The chewy dough is so delicious you'll want to eat it just by itself, and it gently encases the delicious fresh sweet potato cream and whipped cream.

As the name suggests, the texture is definitely recommended! The raw sweet potato cream has a melting texture similar to sweet potato yokan, and is somewhat similar to a Japanese dessert.

It goes perfectly with the milky whipped cream! This is a dessert that you will want to enjoy slowly, with the combination of two smooth creams and the chewy crepe dough.
