The clear soup is extremely delicious! Addictive light soy sauce ramen (Chiyogasaki, Yahata-ku, Kitakyushu City)

My name is Aoki Ura and I moved to Kitakyushu City due to my family's job transfer.

This time, we will introduce you to an excellent ramen restaurant with beautifully clear chicken soup!

A popular ramen shop with a wide variety of dishes! "Hikari" (Chiyogasaki, Yahata Ward, Kitakyushu City)

Hikari is a ramen restaurant with a hidden atmosphere, located a 5-minute walk from JR Orio Station, one block away from the main street near the University of Occupational and Environmental Health Hospital.

There are three parking spaces to the right of the store entrance and two in a monthly parking lot at the back, so it is convenient to go by car.

The three signature ramen dishes are "Light Soy Sauce" (750 yen), "Spicy Mala Noodles" (850 yen), and "Seafood and Pork Bone Tsukemen" (850 yen).

As for "noodles plus" set menus, there are "Takikomi Gohan" (250 yen), "Half Fried Rice (choose from fried rice, red fried rice, or takana fried rice) Set" (+400 yen each), as well as "Noodles plus Value Set (with rice)". You can choose from "Set A (3 gyoza)" (+250 yen), "Set B (2 fried chicken)" (+300 yen), and "Set C (3 gyoza and 2 fried chicken)" (+450 yen).

This restaurant is notable for its wide variety of menu items other than ramen.

You can also order a la carte dishes such as "Teppanyaki Gyoza" (5 pieces for 450 yen), "Addictive Cucumber" (300 yen), and "Chiran Chicken Breast Tataki" (500 yen), rice bowls such as "Hikari no Katsudon" (850 yen) and "Hikari no Sauce Katsudon" (850 yen), as well as set meals (free refills of white rice) such as "Tonkatsu Teishoku" (900 yen), "Karaage Chicken Teishoku" (4 pieces for 800 yen), and "Gyoza Teishoku" (8 pieces for 850 yen).

The interior of the store is clean and has an atmosphere that makes it easy to enter even if you are alone.

Inside Ramen Hikari

Looking inside the restaurant, customers were enjoying their meals for various purposes, including eating ramen, those relaxing with friends over a la carte dishes and drinks, and those wanting to satisfy their appetite with rice bowls and set meals.

There are also many universities in the area, so there were a lot of students there.

The soup is clear! Extremely delicious "light soy sauce" ramen

My husband and I always order the signature ramen dish.

The "Light Soy Sauce" ramen is the most popular menu item at the restaurant.

The noodles are thin and the toppings are moist chicken char siu, boiled egg, bamboo shoots, radish sprouts, and white spring onions.

The chicken soup, which has been simmered for a long time, is clear and beautiful, and extremely delicious.

It looks like salt ramen, but tastes like soy sauce ramen...! It's a very strange feeling.

Although it may seem light, it has a rich flavor, and the umami of the soup and the taste of soy sauce slowly spread throughout your mouth, making it very satisfying to eat.

On this day, I also ordered the "Noodles plus Value Set (with rice)" "C Set (3 gyoza dumplings and 2 fried chicken pieces)".

Add these two delicious dishes to your ramen♪

White rice is also included for free, but it was too much for us middle-aged people, so we reluctantly had to cancel it.

The light and refreshing soup of the "Seafood and Pork Bone Tsukemen" has a gentle and gentle taste.

This is "Seafood and Pork Bone Tsukemen."

The noodles are thick and are served in the same bowl with chicken char siu, boiled egg, bamboo shoots, and nori seaweed.

The pork bone soup, which is flavored with seafood and made with plenty of spring onions, is a light and refreshing type. When mixed with the noodles, it has a gentle and gentle flavor that makes it easy to finish.

If you are in the area, this is a restaurant you should definitely stop by. The beautifully clear chicken soup of the "Tanrei Shoyu" ramen in particular is worth a try. Highly recommended♪ (Text by Aoki Ura)
