The best♡ "Praised by a cafe enthusiast who visited a total of 1,600 cafes" Peach soup that condenses the deliciousness of the fruit (Chikushino City)

Hello. I'm ayu.latte, a writer who loves peach sweets. I love cafes so much that I sometimes visit as many as five in one day.

This time, I'd like to introduce you to some new items from my favorite cafe, where I always visit every time a new seasonal sweet arrives.

A stylish shop with a pink interior! "Pace" (Chikushino City)

"Pace" is located in Chikushino City, along National Route 3 (on the uphill side of the bypass). It is a complex shop with a cafe space, apparel, and a pet salon.

This is a shop where you can have fun while waiting for your cafe menu by browsing clothes, accessories, etc.

There are counter seats, table seats, terrace seats, etc., so I always have trouble deciding where to sit.

Pets are allowed on the terrace seats, so you can enjoy cafe time with your beloved dog.

It's the season now! I can't get enough of sweets made with peaches♡

We are currently holding a peach fair (until the end of August. Period may change).

The main attraction is the "Panna Cotta and Peach Soup" (900 yen)!

In the center of the plate is panna cotta ♡ Surrounded by pale pink peach soup!

The panna cotta was milky and very soft. The soup was naturally colored and packed with the delicious flavor of peaches, making it very rich. The flavor of the ingredients really came through and it was delicious. Mixing the panna cotta with the peach soup was a truly special moment.

The generous serving of white peach compote, handmade by the pastry chef, is also excellent.

It's amazing how tasty it is for this quality and only 900 yen.

On some days, they can sell out before noon, so we recommend making a reservation.

This is the "Peach Tea Soda" (590 yen).

This refreshing drink is made with white peach tea leaves from "Okuda Sabo" in Aburayama, Jonan Ward, Fukuoka City, homemade syrup, and a touch of fizzy soda.

This dish also comes with a generous helping of white peach compote, handmade by our pastry chef.

And the adorable-looking "Peach Soft Serve" (1,100 yen) is made with fresh peach compote and half a peach topped on the soft serve ice cream!

Under the rich soft serve ice cream is a fluffy jelly containing peach pulp, making it delicious until the last bite. This too can sell out by mid-morning, so we recommend making a reservation.

The "Lemon Baked Cheesecake" (550 yen) is made by soaking slices of pesticide-free, unwaxed lemon in a unique blend of syrup, including cane sugar and honey, and topping it off. The sweet and sour taste is irresistible ♡ You'll definitely not be able to stop eating it!

"Lemon Coffee" (580 yen), which uses the same syrup, is a drink combined with "pace"'s original espresso.

The balance between the bitterness of the espresso and the sweet and sour lemon syrup is perfect, making it so delicious you'll want to gulp it down!

Please enjoy the "Lemon Combo," which was introduced this year again in response to the love calls of die-hard lemon fans. Both are scheduled to be available until the end of September.
