A stylish restaurant that opened in Daimyo (Chuo-ku, Fukuoka City) that serves delicious hamburgers that are all the rage in Tokyo!

Fukuoka Daimyo Garden City is scheduled to fully open on June 8, 2023 and is the highlight of Tenjin Big Bang.

This time, we will introduce you to a restaurant that is making its debut in Kyushu from this highly anticipated spot!

The concept is "New American"! Large restaurant "The CRAFT Bar and Grill" (Daimyo, Chuo-ku, Fukuoka City)

HUGE, which has many restaurants in Tokyo and Yokohama, has opened its first restaurant in Kyushu! The restaurant, The CRAFT Bar and Grill, has opened with the concept of "delicious, ever-evolving New American cuisine."

Enjoy modern, updated American cuisine made with an abundance of Kyushu's rich ingredients.

With 96 seats inside and 20 seats on the terrace (pets allowed), it is a rare "large" restaurant in central Fukuoka. It is an "all-day dining" restaurant that can be used for both lunch and dinner.

A bright and open interior filled with the warmth of wood

The first thing you see after passing through the heavy door is the bar area.

The high ceilings of the restaurant create an airy, open atmosphere, with a bright wooden design.

There is a wine cellar near the bar counter where you can choose a wine to go with your meal (most of the wines are "exclusive wines" carefully selected through their own import routes, and cost 3,300 yen a bottle!).

As you go further inside the store, you will find the main dining area.

Another nice feature is that you can choose the seating that best suits your needs, such as comfortable sofa seats or table seats that can accommodate large groups.

Facing the grassy area in the center of the facility, "Fukuoka Daimyo Garden City Park," the restaurant has a very open feel, allowing you to enjoy your meal in an atmosphere that feels like you're from overseas.

A wide variety of menu options

Lunchtime, from 11:00 to 15:00, includes burgers and sandwiches (1,540 yen to 1,760 yen), pasta (1,430 yen to 1,760 yen), salads (1,340 yen with soup and bread), the restaurant's specialty fried chicken (1,650 yen), and oven dishes (2,420 yen to 3,960 yen) made in the Spanish Josper charcoal oven, which can both smoke and grill at the same time. All dishes except for the salad menu come with a salad and drink.

For dinner, there is a wide selection of options, including the RAW BAR serving seafood, SNACKS & APPETIZERS which are perfect for snacks, pizza, soups and salads, oven dishes made with Josper ovens, fried chicken, burgers and sandwiches, pasta, and desserts (estimated budget: from approx. 4,000 yen per person).　

None of the dishes served at "The CRAFT Bar and Grill" are made with artificial seasonings. Here are some of the dishes on the menu that are full of their commitment to quality.

This is "Norwegian Salmon" (1,210 yen) from "RAW BAR."

The salmon, served with a sauce of cashew nuts, anchovies, capers, sour cream, dill, and red onions, has a melt-in-your-mouth texture and is delicious. The sauce is on the rich side, so it goes well with alcohol.

This is "The Craft Burger" (1,650 yen).

This hamburger has been the talk of the town in the Roppongi area, having won the grand prize three times in the past at the Roppongi Gourmet Burger Grand Prix. The thick, crispy grilled patties are oozing with the best gravy...!

It was a hearty meal filled with lots of dynamically cut vegetables.

A popular dish on social media known as "drinkable French toast" that sold 10,000 meals in 3 months

Another highlight is that you can eat French toast from the popular sister store "THE FRONT ROOM" in Marunouchi, Tokyo, which always has a constant line. Pictured below is "French Toast with Whipped Butter and Maple Syrup" (1,320 yen).

In fact, this menu item has become a hot topic on social media as "drinkable French toast," and apparently sells 10,000 servings every three months. At "The CRAFT Bar and Grill," you can enjoy the deliciousness of this popular menu item in a new way, using ingredients from Kyushu.

The brioche dough bread, which was developed specifically for French toast, is soaked in the batter (egg mixture) for an amazing 12 hours! It is topped with a generous amount of whipped butter and can be drizzled with maple syrup to taste.

The outside is crispy, followed by a fluffy, soft and creamy texture that will become addictive.

I'm happy that I can now enjoy this popular Tokyo dish here in Fukuoka.

With a wide variety of menu items ranging from meal menus to sweets, we were able to spend a satisfying time both in our stomachs and in our hearts!
