Deli☆Boy BROS. HAMBURGER is located across the road from Ukiha City's popular roadside station, Ukiha.

I often go to the Ukiha Roadside Station, and I've always been curious about the big "HAMBURGERS" sign.

What's more, whenever I pass by the restaurant the parking lot is always full and there are often people lined up outside, which makes me wonder how delicious the food must be.

My wish came true and I was finally able to go!

Both the exterior and the interior of the store are very stylish and have a wonderful atmosphere.

There's a blackboard inside the store with instructions on how to eat the burgers, which is really funky, isn't it?

There are deer decorations on the walls and Edison lamps for lighting.

It feels like a secret base. The interior is perfect and irresistible.

By the way, I noticed that there haven't been many people waiting in line recently, but it turns out that after you check in at the store, they will call you when it's your turn!

You can do some shopping at the Ukiha Roadside Station while you wait, so you probably won't feel like you're waiting too long.

An exquisite hamburger packed with special care

The hamburgers at this restaurant are made on special buns from Ukiha's popular restaurant, Pan no Mokka, and the patties (meat) are hand-chopped instead of using a machine, intentionally leaving them roughly chopped to retain the meaty flavor, showing just how much attention to detail they put into their hamburgers.

I couldn't decide what to get, but I decided on the popular "Bacon Cheeseburger" (1,408 yen).

The staff was very thoughtful and said, "We can cut it so that it's easier to eat," so we did so.

It's so beautiful, isn't it? It's well-balanced, and you can feel the calculated beauty.

It's packed in a bag to make it easier to eat, but isn't it amazing that it doesn't fall apart even when you turn it sideways? If the skewer had been even slightly misaligned, it wouldn't have turned out like this.

And when you put it in the bag and hold it in your hand, it feels bigger than when it was on the plate. I think even half of it would be enough to fill you up.

The most important thing is the taste, as expected.

The buns are fluffy and chewy, yet the outside is crispy or crunchy.

The patty is so meaty it tastes like you're eating a steak!

Recently I've been exploring various burger restaurants, but this one was so delicious that I think it will be my only choice from now on!
