"Melon and Ricotta Cannoli" is a combination of the Italian pastry "Cannoli" and melon.

The mellow ricotta cheese and fresh melon go perfectly together! The crispy texture was also irresistible.

The "Melon Tart" has the perfect balance of light and crispy tart crust, exquisitely sweet cream, and juicy melon flesh!

This time's theme was "melon and matcha," so the playful menu item was "Matcha Melon Bread."

The fluffy and chewy matcha flavored dough made me feel happy.

Baked goods such as financiers and cookies are also included.

Even just a single cookie was surprising in its hotel-quality taste.

All of the dishes were among the best afternoon tea savory dishes I have ever had, but the one that impressed me the most was the Penne Gratin with Shrimp and Young Corn.

I love that it's filled with shrimp and baby corn! The rich, fragrant cheese flavor makes it incredibly delicious.

A "local vegetable soup" appears every day. On this day, it was "Awajishima onion cream soup."

The sweetness of the onions was irresistible and it had a gentle flavor.

The tea is free-flowing and you can choose from about six different types.

The tea used is from Ronnefeldt, a long-established German brand founded in 1923 that is also used in the world's first seven-star hotel.

This time I ordered "Masala Chai," and was blown away by the exquisite combination of black tea and spices such as ginger, cinnamon, anise, cloves, and black pepper.
