It will open on the 2nd floor of JRJP Hakata Building on Tuesday, May 23, 2023.

Sushiya Kotobuki, a popular restaurant with branches in Tokyo and Yamaguchi in addition to its main store in Osaka, is opening its first store in Kyushu!

The concept is "NEO Sushiya". You can enjoy authentic sushi made by a skilled craftsman who is particular about not only the appearance but also the ingredients such as rice made with carefully selected red vinegar. What's more, even though it is not a conveyor belt sushi restaurant, the prices start from 80 yen per piece, which is very reasonable!

The interior of the store is based on the theme of "casual modern" and features a design and interior using solid wood as the main color, creating an atmosphere like that of a stylish cafe.

There are three zones: counter seats, table seats, and loft seats, so you can choose the one that suits your needs.

In addition to the "9 pieces of premium nigiri" (1,500 yen) and "9 pieces of extra premium nigiri" (1,700 yen), you can also eat the "Seafood bowl" (1,600 yen) which is not on the dinner menu. All dishes come with nyumen. *Depending on the season, nyumen will be served hot or cold.
