This time, we will introduce a cheese specialty store that sells handmade cheese located in ABURAYAMA FUKUOKA, an outdoor facility that was reborn on April 27, 2023, by combining Aburayama Citizens' Forest and Aburayama Ranch! The ultimate hot dog filled with cheese is delicious!

The first cheese specialty store outside of Tokyo is opening in Fukuoka! "ABURAYAMA CHEESE STAND" (Kashiwara, Minami-ku, Fukuoka City)

ABURAYAMA FUKUOKA is located about 40 minutes by car from downtown Fukuoka, including Tenjin and Hakata. It is about 15 minutes from the Tsutsumi ramp on the Fukuoka Urban Expressway and about 20 minutes from the Nodame ramp (paid parking available).

In addition, a special bus will be operating from the Nishitetsu bus stop "Fukudai Seimon-mae" to "ABURAYAMA FUKUOKA (ranch side)" only on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays until November 2023 (210 yen for adults, 110 yen for elementary school students and younger). The "Fukudai Seimon-mae" bus stop is located outside Exit 1 of "Fukudai-mae" Station on the Nanakuma Subway Line.

A cheese factory where visitors can see the cheese making process is scheduled to open sometime between summer and autumn, which I'm also looking forward to.

The sausages sandwiched between the bread are made from "Homi Pork" produced in Aichi Prefecture, and topped with a melted homemade semi-hard cheese that has been aged for about five months.

Semi-hard cheese has a mild flavor with little distinctive taste. It melts in your mouth and is absolutely delicious!
