This time, we will introduce an easy and delicious recipe that can be flavored with just salt and lemon.

1: Steamed sea bream with salt and lemon

[Ingredients] (1 serving)
Sea bream (fillet)・・・1 slice
Lemon (sliced) - appropriate amount
Salt...appropriate amount
Cabbage (diced) - appropriate amount

<How to make>

(1) Sprinkle salt generously on both sides of the sea bream and place in the refrigerator for about 15 minutes.

(2) Place the cabbage in a steamer (we used a bamboo steamer this time, but any steamer will do).

(3) Thoroughly wipe off any excess water from (1) with kitchen paper, place it on top of (2), and sprinkle lightly with salt.

(4) Lightly squeeze the lemon, place two slices on top as a garnish, and steam for 10 to 15 minutes.

The sweetness of the cabbage and the refreshing taste of the lemon create a good balance.

[Ingredients] (Serves 2)
Seared tuna...about 80g
1/2 avocado
Lemon (skewered) - appropriate amount
Salt... a pinch
Black pepper... appropriate amount

<How to make>

(1) Peel and seed the halved avocado, then roughly squeeze lemon all over it to prevent discoloration (don't forget the side you peeled!). *You'll use the lemon again later, so it's okay if you don't squeeze all the lemon out of one slice here.

(2) Sprinkle salt on the seared tuna to let the flavors blend.

(3) Place (2) into the hollowed-out area of the avocado (1) and squeeze the remaining lemon from (1) on top.

(4) Garnish with lemon and black pepper to taste and serve.

You can eat it by crumbling it with a spoon, or you can just eat it as is, which is very satisfying. You might think, "What? It's not soy sauce?" but just give it a try and see if you like it.
