Crunchy on the outside and chewy on the inside ♡ "A must-buy" The evolved croissants from a bakery near Onojo Station (Kasuga City)

Hello! I'm Panmika, a company that aims to be a bridge between bakers and bread lovers.

This time, we will introduce "Apartment Bakery Pan cosao" located in Kasuga City.

A 4-minute walk from JR Onojo Station! Look for the sloth at "Apartment Bakery Pan cosao" (Kasuga City)

"Apartment Bakery Pan Cosao" is located in Kasuga Park, Kasuga City. It is conveniently located just a four-minute walk from the east exit of JR Onojo Station, and has an on-site parking lot, making it easily accessible.

As the name suggests, this is a cute shop located on the first floor of an apartment building. You will be greeted by illustrations of sloths.

The interior of the store is stylish with its turquoise blue walls. There are about 40 to 50 kinds of breads on display every day, including simple breads, sweet breads, and savory breads. The sloth ornaments scattered throughout the store are also very cute.

The owner is a former employee of "Pan Nagata Main Branch," "Maison Kayser," and "Hyatt Regency." In response to customer requests, new menu items are constantly being developed, so it's fun to discover new breads every time you visit.

The "Ate Series" is highly recommended for alcohol lovers!

The specialty of "Pan cosao" is the "Drinking Snack Series."

First of all, how about having a beer snack (310 yen) with your end-of-work drink? It's a bread that's almost like a sausage. The perfect amount of saltiness will make you want to have another drink.

Next, how about the "White Wine Snack" (230 yen)? It's a perfect combination of gorgonzola cheese and honey, and goes well with alcohol. The crust is crunchy, almost like a biscuit.

For the third drink, I ordered the "Shochu Snack" (140 yen).

Although it looks simple, the dough is made with pickled takuan (pickled daikon radish) that has been pickled by the owner's mother. It was my first time seeing bread with takuan in it!

"Bakekuro" is an original bread that combines baguettes and croissants.

And if you come to this shop, you should definitely try the "Bakekuro" (170 yen). It's a bread that's half baguette and half croissant. The contrast between the crunchy outside and the chewy inside is irresistibly delicious.

In addition, we recommend trying the "This Week's Baguette" (large 260 yen, small 150 yen), which uses different flour every week, and the "Fukuoka-san Baguette" (150 yen), which is made with wheat grown in Fukuoka! The size makes it easy to compare the different varieties. The "An Butter" in the foreground of the photo below has been renewed and is now called "An Butter Rodev".

One of the best things about this shop is that the breads they sell have interesting names. It's fun to look at the lineup every time I go.

We hope you find your favorite bread. (Text by Panmika)
