HYDE PARK, a hidden restaurant beloved by locals (Fukutsu City)

HYDE PARK is located in a residential area, a five minute walk from JR Fukuma Station. It is a restaurant loved by locals for its homey atmosphere.

The owner chef, who has over 10 years of experience working at famous hotels in Fukuoka and Tokyo, shows off his skills by serving international cuisine, mainly Italian, along with delicious drinks.

The interior of the restaurant, where jazz music is playing, has a moderately luxurious feel. There are table seats and counter seats.

The lunch set, which changes every month, is very popular!

The restaurant is known for the high quality of its food, and is crowded with many customers every day. The lunch menu, which changes every month and is only available on Tuesdays, Thursdays, Saturdays, and Sundays, is especially popular!

This is the "Main Lunch" (1,600 yen). It comes with salad, today's main dish, dessert, rice or bread, and coffee or tea.

The main dish for the day was pork steak.

The thick meat is very tender. When you put it in your mouth, the flavor and juices fill your mouth. You can enjoy it with different flavors, such as mustard or sauce.

The salads, which were made with a little extra effort, such as sweet potato chips and grilled eggplant, were also delicious.

This is the "French Toast Lunch Set" (1,500 yen). It comes with French toast topped with vanilla ice cream, salad, and coffee or tea.

The balance of hot French toast and cold ice cream was perfect. The sweetness was not too strong and the flavor was mild. The texture was also light, so I finished it in no time!

This is the "Daily Pizza Lunch Set" (1,600 yen). It comes with a 24cm pizza, salad, dessert, and coffee or tea.

On this day, the dish was tomato sauce topped with mushrooms and sausage.

The stretchy cheese is delicious! The dough is light and can be eaten in one go.

The combination was amazing and it was a joy to eat.

The dessert for the "Main Lunch" and "Daily Pizza Lunch Set" was panna cotta.

I was very satisfied until the very end. The price was revised from April 1, 2023 due to rising raw material costs, but I thought that this price, which includes dessert and a drink, was great value!

It's popular, so reservations are recommended.
