This rich bread is made with fresh cream and eggs. You'll be amazed at how fluffy and moist it is the moment you pick it up.
The appeal of this bread lies in the way the filling is cooked in the oven, which is unique to Yamashoku bread, and the contrast between the deep browning of the crust and crust.

Bakery ZOU is located east of the "Okunuki Shomae" intersection on Nisseki Street.
The shop is run by Yuya Tanaka, who is in charge of all production, and his wife Sachiyo, who is in charge of sales. They have a large number of loyal fans thanks to their affordable prices and locally-based flavors.
They bake 40 to 50 different items on the menu each day, all of which are so tasty you'll want to eat them every day.
The first thing you can't miss is bakery ZOU's signature dish: white bread. They serve 4 to 5 different kinds of fluffy and chewy white bread every day.
This is "Brown Rice Bread" (626 yen).
The top surface is crispy, but the inside is surprisingly soft. The brown rice is mixed in at about 30% of the wheat. The savory flavor and grainy texture are irresistible.
This is a "Hot Dog" (291 yen).
It's a true testament to the love that goes into making a hot dog that's packed with cheese, sausage, egg, and white sauce at such a low price. I'm so happy.
Recently, "Salted Bread Three Brothers" has also become very popular.

This restaurant is run by a long-established catering chain in Hakata.
In addition to classic menu items such as bean paste buns and cream buns, there is a wide range of menu items that set us apart from other caterers, making use of the culinary skills and ideas that only a caterer can offer!
One of the most talked about items are the specialty breads that are unique to Hakata.
This is the "Hakata Burger" (420 yen).
Local delicacies that are part of Hakata's food culture - burdock tempura, mustard greens, and minced fish tempura - are all made into burgers! It's innovative, yet somehow comforting. It's such an amazing menu item.
This is "Yamaki's Mentaiko and Dashimaki Sandwich" (280 yen).

Sailer, located near the Teratsuka intersection on the Takamiya Nagao Line, is a bakery with its main store in Austria.
This popular restaurant opened in the 1980s with the desire to spread Austrian food culture to Japan, and is loved by many.
The breads, which are made using the same method as the main store, all look delicious. There are about 100 types of bread, including many that you've never seen before. The best time to come is between 10:30 and 11:00, when the most breads are on display.
Take-out is available, and you can also eat in the restaurant in an atmosphere that evokes the image of Austria.
This is the "Pastrami Sandwich" (480 yen), which is only available for eat-in.

Last year, to mark their ninth anniversary, the restaurant completely renovated the interior, menu, and even the oven.
Led by owner chef Takashima Keita, the shop is constantly taking on new challenges in order to become a bakery beloved by the local community.
This is "Croquant Chocolat" (280 yen).
It's a delightful mix of crispy and crumbly textures and flavors in your mouth. It's one of our famous sweet breads.
This is the "Pistachio Koppepan" (200 yen).
A rich pistachio paste is combined with a gentle cream made from wasanbon. This bread is baked hard and has a springy texture that can envelop and absorb all of the ingredients.
This is "Raisin Bread" (half size 330 yen).
