Felice Tosu store has already become a popular restaurant just over a year after opening in Tosu City, Saga.
This time, we will introduce the popular lunch menu and signature sweets.
Reservations are essential at the popular restaurant "Feliche Tosu" (Tosu City, Saga Prefecture)
Feliche Tosu store opened in 2020 as the second store of Feliche Yoshinogari store in Yoshinogari, Saga.

It's such a popular restaurant that you can't get in without a reservation during lunch hours.
The hot topic! "CUBO" - a dessert that looks great in cross section
"CUBO" is currently very popular at "Feliche Tosu store." "CUBO" means cube in Italian.
The cube-shaped cake is brought out with a generous amount of fresh cream on top.
"Matcha Strawberry Brulee CUBO" (990 yen including tax).

The base of the cake is made with matcha, white chocolate, and rare cheese cream.
Because there is a lot of cream on top, they apparently have carefully balanced this part to ensure it isn't too sweet.

The main strawberry used is "Ichigosan" from Saga Prefecture, but "Saga Honoka" is sometimes used.
It was also stylish that the plate was decorated with edible flowers. Of course, you can eat them!

There are 3 types of CUBO!
There are three types of "CUBO", and all of them are truly attractive.
"Matcha Strawberry Brulee CUBO" is a new menu item that was introduced in March, but the first to be released was "Banana Brulee CUBO" (550 yen including tax).

Like strawberries, there are bananas galore!
The main ingredient is banana, and it is refreshing. The savory flavor of the brulee part is a nice accent.
This is "Strawberry Brulee CUBO" (800 yen including tax).

This is the plain version of the "Matcha Strawberry" mentioned earlier, with a white chocolate and cream cheese base.
Compared to the "Banana" flavor, it has a softer and lighter texture due to the white chocolate it contains.
Irresistible for white chocolate lovers!
On this day, we picked a variety of strawberries called "Tokun." These are sweet strawberries that smell like peaches.

Due to its popularity, reservations are required and it usually sells out the day before, so we recommend making inquiries early.
Great value lunch sets are also available.
For lunch, there are the "A Set (appetizer salad, choice of main dish, and 3 kinds of dessert)" (1,480 yen including tax) and the "B Set (appetizer salad, choice of main dish)" (1,180 yen including tax).
The three dessert platter in Set A can be changed to CUBO (additional charge applies. Prices vary depending on the type, so please check in store).
This is one of the main dishes you can choose, the "Big Shrimp Omelette Rice" (plus 400 yen).

It is topped with a large shrimp, about 20 centimeters long.
Creamy white sauce. Inside the egg is simple ketchup rice.
Another main dish you can choose is the "Beef Tongue Omelette Rice" (+300 yen).

The beef tongue has been simmered for over four hours, making it soft and tender. It was incredibly tender.

When I cut the egg, it was soft-boiled inside. The combination of the ketchup rice and demi-glace sauce was outstanding.

And as a main dish, you can choose "Tomato cream pasta with bacon and onion".

The pasta is soft and chewy, and apparently it is freshly made and shipped from Awaji, so it suits the tastes of people from Kyushu.
The sauce was very tomato-y and plentiful.
Other lunch main dishes include "Spicy Fish Eggs Cream Pasta," "Pizza Margherita," and "Cheese Cheese Omelette Rice" (+200 yen), for a total of six options to choose from.
Lunch comes with a salad made from vegetables sourced from the restaurant's contracted farm.

Anyway, the vegetables were so delicious that I finished them in no time.
