This popular event, held at the Ikebukuro branch, attracted over 8,000 people. Visitors were able to enjoy unique training content as potential employees.

Are you an employee starting today?! Contents of the experiential "employee training"

The concept is that The Morito Co., Ltd. will open a temporary "branch office" in Fukuoka in order to "further expand its business" and "respond to customer needs."

Visitors will receive "employee training" and experience a "company history" learning area that starts with punching a time card, an experiential "duct tape kicking experience" area, and even a "security guard's room" where they can get a glimpse of Hyoroku-san working as a security guard. The training is structured to provide a comprehensive learning experience about The Morito Co., Ltd.'s history, values, philosophy, and unique organizational culture.

Let me introduce just a little bit. *The photos below are from the event held at the Ikebukuro branch.
