Fresh agricultural products and carefully selected items will be gathered from all over Kyushu! In addition to popular items, there will also be some items that will be making their first appearance.

The "phantom persimmon" that cannot be mass-produced [Kakinoya Persimmon and Grape]

Kakinoya, a farm in Asakura City that has been in business for over 65 years, has minimized the use of pesticides and cultivates its produce without the use of chemical fertilizers or herbicides.

This persimmon has been certified as a rare "Fukuoka Eco Agricultural Product" and is popular at markets. Because only a small amount can be harvested, it is also known as the "phantom persimmon."

This time, we will be introducing the Fuyu persimmon, which is attractive for its elegant sweetness and juicy juice.

A Beppu specialty with a melt-in-your-mouth texture! "Hell Steamed (R) Pudding" [Okamotoya]

Jigoku-mushi pudding is a specialty of Beppu, Oita. It is steamed in the high-temperature steam of hot springs and has a melt-in-your-mouth texture.

No preservatives are used, and they are particular about the freshness of ingredients such as eggs and milk.

The balance of bitter caramel is exquisite. Quantities are limited, so if you're interested, we recommend pre-ordering.

Introducing Mori Norino: Natto made with soybeans grown without pesticides or chemical fertilizers!

This is the first time we have introduced natto made with "Hatteng" soybeans, a native variety of Kumamoto Prefecture, grown without the use of pesticides or chemical fertilizers.

The soybeans are allowed to absorb enough water the day before, then cooked in a steamer for two and a half hours until they are plump and tender, and then fermented under meticulous control. We are particular about not only the ingredients but also the manufacturing method.

The natto featured this time, "Yamawarau," is medium-sized and has a sticky texture. Its rich flavor and subtle sweetness fill your mouth. The sauce is soy sauce-based and contains no food additives. The subtle umami flavor brings out the flavor of the natto to the fullest!

The No. 1 repeat customer! Extremely fresh seared bonito [Yamami Suisan]

The store's No. 1 repeat product! This time, we are introducing "freshly caught raw bonito tataki," which is made by grilling raw bonito immediately after it is caught off the coast of Yakushima and Tanegashima.

It is extremely fresh and has a chewy texture and delicious flavor. (Depending on the situation, it may be slaughtered the day before.)

Original varieties too! Juicy pears [Hayashi Farm]

Hayashi Farm has been growing pears in Asakura City for over 80 years. They use no chemical fertilizers or herbicides and are known for their cultivation method, which makes the most of the activity of soil microorganisms.

This time, they are selling their original variety "Higakure Pear" and the large "Niitaka Pear." The flesh is densely packed and finely textured, making them very satisfying to eat.

The thick skin means it keeps well, and aging it in the refrigerator enhances its fruity aroma.

Melting texture and fragrant aroma! Specialty tofu [Itsuki Tofu Shop]

Tofu from Itsuki Tofu Shop in Itsuki Village, Kumamoto Prefecture, has inherited a unique manufacturing method and uses 100% Kyushu soybeans.

This time, we are introducing "Smooth Tofu," which is extremely popular for its rich, milky soy flavor and melt-in-your-mouth texture, and "Smoked Tofu," which has an amber-colored appearance and aroma and is as springy as kamaboko!

Packed with umami! Large log-grown shiitake mushrooms [YABAKEI SHIITAKE HAMLET]

These shiitake mushrooms are grown without the use of pesticides or fertilizers in the Kitasogi Mountains deep in the mountains of Oita. The extreme temperature differences in the Hon-Yabakei mountains give them a thick, wild flavor.

We recommend grilling it as is and making it into a steak!
