The "PREMIUM OUTLETS (R) SALE" will be held for 10 days from Friday, November 7th to Sunday, November 16th, 2025.

A total of 1,030 stores at 10 Premium Outlets across Japan are participating in this sale, with up to 70% off at Tosu Premium Outlets.

You can purchase items from popular domestic and international brands at great prices, including must-have winter items such as outerwear, knitwear, and boots, as well as outdoor goods, kitchenware, and household goods!

During the sale period, on November 8th (Sat), 9th (Sun), 15th (Sat), and 16th (Sun), there will be an increase in the number of direct express buses between Nishitetsu Tenjin Expressway Bus Terminal and Tosu Premium Outlets (one-way fare: 770 yen for adults, 390 yen for children, round-trip discount fare 1,400 yen), so you can enjoy shopping even more than usual.
*Advance reservations are recommended.
*The round-trip discount fare is only available if you make a reservation in advance (specify your flight) and purchase your ticket at the ticket counter, convenience store, or online.
*If you pay by cash or IC card, the regular fare will apply (770 yen one way, 1,540 yen round trip).

"JOIN THE QUEST!" and "Winter Illumination" have also started!

Additionally, from November 7th (Friday), the first day of the sale, to February 23rd (Monday, national holiday), 2026, there will be a collaboration event with Square Enix's popular game series "Dragon Quest," called "JOIN THE QUEST!" and "Winter Illumination."

Dragon Quest monsters will be appearing in various locations throughout the facility, and visitors will be able to enjoy a digital stamp rally and a Square Enix pop-up store will be set up. Limited-edition collaboration products between popular brands and Dragon Quest will also be on sale.

There will also be a Christmas tree decorated with popular monsters (until Thursday, December 25th), and glittering illuminations at night!

There are plenty of photo spots, including a giant slime and an object modeled after the Sword of Roto, allowing you to fully immerse yourself in the world of Dragon Quest.

A huge gathering of "discounted pottery" at the "Hasami-Arita Outlet Pottery Marche"

The Hasami-Arita Outlet Pottery Marche will also be held every day until Sunday, November 16th, as an event that can be enjoyed along with the sale.

There is a huge collection of "faulty pottery" with uneven coloring, such as "Hasami ware" from Nagasaki Prefecture, which is popular for its modern design, and "Arita ware" from Saga Prefecture, which is traditional. They are being sold at a bargain price.

The event will be held at a special venue on Palm Avenue (in front of Armani in ward 110 and in front of Lego in ward 320) from 10:00 to 18:00 each day.
