Enjoy the finest sweets made with local ingredients! A collaboration cafe between "Patisserie Louis" and Koishiwara-yaki/Agano-yaki
The venue will feature a cafe where you can enjoy six types of sweets made by pastry chef Yoshimura Rui of Patisserie Louis (Kasuga City), a popular shop representing Fukuoka, served on Koishiwara ware and Agano ware tableware.
First, select your favorite from six Ueno ware brands: "Koshin Kiln" (Takatsuru Yuta), "Watari Kiln" (Watari Jin), and "Mitsushu Kiln" (Kumagaya Mitsushu), and Koishiwara ware brands: "Harahiko Kiln" (Kajiwara Daisuke), "Kamizuru Kiln" (Wada Yuichiro), and "Takatori Ware Soke" (Takatori Nanae). Next, you'll choose a dessert.
The sweets are made with local ingredients, such as seasonal oysters "Akio," mandarin oranges "Kitahara Wase," Yame tea, and Yame chestnuts. Not only are the flavors that reflect the sensibility of the pastry chefs, but the artistic appearance achieved by combining them with the tableware is also noteworthy. This is a special dish that can only be enjoyed at this event.
"Kurstad Embracing Autumn" (1,540 yen) x "Kamitsuru Kiln" pottery
Akio oysters and Yame chestnuts are stuffed into a thin pie crust and baked to a fragrant finish. The milk gelato gradually melts into the hot pie, changing the texture and flavor.

"Autumn Mont Blanc" (1,540 yen) with tableware from "Koshu Kiln"
The chestnuts are boiled, and just when the perfect balance of bitterness and aroma is achieved, they are trapped in foam... This cream, a blend of Yame chestnuts and Kitahara Wase mandarin oranges, is a flavor you've never experienced before! The combination with the crunchy pie is irresistible.

Also noteworthy is the cafe's decoration, which features seven traditional crafts.
