This is a collaboration between Tsubame Marche, an event run by JR Kyushu that utilizes its train baggage transport service to gather local specialties, and Fuku Marche, an event in Fukuoka city that focuses on organic and local production and consumption.

This marks the 6th time the event has been held, and once again, seasonal ingredients from all over Kyushu selected by Fuku Marche will be transported to Hakata Station on the same day using available space on Shinkansen and limited express trains. Amazingly fresh delicacies from all over Kyushu will be available for purchase at Hakata Station.

A huge collection of fresh ingredients! Introducing the products we carry

A large collection of carefully selected products, including fresh agricultural produce and local products from all over Kyushu! In addition to popular items from the past, many new products will also be available.

Large and richly sweet! "The King of Pears" Niitaka Pears [Hayashi Farm]

Hayashi Farm has been growing pears in Asakura City for over 80 years. They do not use chemical fertilizers or herbicides, and instead use the soil's microorganisms to their full potential, enhancing the natural flavor and sweetness of the fruit.

This time, we are introducing the large Niitaka pear variety, which is fully ripened on the tree. Its elegant, rich sweetness and mellow fragrance are irresistible!

You can enjoy its fresh and crunchy texture. If you chill it in the refrigerator for about two hours before eating, the flesh will firm up and be exceptionally delicious.

Freshly picked grapes from Asakura [Kakinoya Persimmons and Grapes]

Kakinoya, a farm in Asakura City with over 65 years of history, cultivates its persimmons and grapes without using chemical fertilizers or herbicides, minimizing the use of pesticides.

Grapes from Kakinoya, which are extremely popular at Fuku Marche, will be available again this time!

The highlight is the freshly picked Shine Muscat grapes, the last of the season. They are harvested at the exact moment when they reach full ripeness, when their sugar content has increased and their color has taken on a vibrant color.

Once you taste the rich sweetness, you will never forget it.

Thick and flavorful! Yabakei log-grown shiitake mushrooms [YABAKEI SHIITAKE HAMLET]

YABAKEI SHIITAKE HAMLET's log-grown shiitake mushrooms are grown without the use of pesticides or fertilizers in Kitasogiyama, deep in the mountains of Oita. The logs are cut down in a satoyama area that has been passed down through generations of the family, and the mushrooms are planted and grown for two years.

The secret to its thick, wild flavor is that it is grown in the mountains of Hon-Yamakei, where there are extreme temperature differences, and is packed with the vitality of nature's blessings.

Freshly picked shiitake mushrooms are characterized by their high moisture content and juicy flavor. These plump mushrooms are so big you'll say, "This is the first time I've ever seen such a big shiitake!" We recommend grilling them as steaks!

Made with 100% Kyushu soybeans! Tofu and fried food packed with the delicious flavor of soybeans [Itsuki Tofu Shop]

The tofu from Itsuki Tofu Shop, which has inherited a unique manufacturing method from Itsuki Village in Kumamoto Prefecture, is a favorite on the dining tables of the village. They are particular about using 100% Kyushu soybeans.

It's packed with the rich flavor of soybeans, and you'll be surprised at how heavy it is when you pick it up. "Momen Tofu" uses three times the amount of soybeans as regular tofu, making it truly a star-studded dish!

Recommended items will also be available, including large, individually hand-fried "triangle age" and "smooth tofu," which has many customers falling in love with its melt-in-the-mouth texture.

Directly from a farm in Saga! Specialty cheese and drinkable yogurt [Milne Farm]

Milne Farm, located at the foot of Mount Sefuri in Saga Prefecture, is a dairy farm that handles everything from farming to processing. They offer natural milk whose flavor changes with the seasons.

This time, they are introducing "Sliced and Eaten Cheese," which is made using 100% freshly squeezed raw milk and only natural ingredients, resulting in a smooth finish, and "Drinkable Yogurt," which is popular with children and adults alike as it contains no additives such as flavorings or preservatives.

From Kagoshima! Freshly slaughtered and delivered fresh, chewy seared bonito [Yamami Suisan]

Our most popular repeat item! We are once again introducing "Freshly caught raw bonito tataki," which is made by grilling raw bonito caught off the coast of Yakushima and Tanegashima immediately after it is caught.

The fish has never been frozen and is extremely fresh, with a pink flesh. It has a chewy texture and irresistible flavor. It is also delicious when eaten with plenty of condiments such as ginger, garlic, and myoga, or when made into a tataki donburi (rice bowl with seared fish). (Depending on the situation, it may be slaughtered the day before.)

Staff recommendation! Soft and chewy fresh wood ear mushrooms [Agrikapa]

The thick, fleshy fresh wood ear mushrooms, grown without the use of pesticides at Itoshima's farm "Agricapa," have a crunchy texture and a bouncy texture that will become addictive!

We recommend first boiling it for about 30 seconds and then eating it like sashimi with wasabi soy sauce or ponzu sauce. It also goes great in salads or with stir-fried dishes like eggs!

It is also attracting attention as a low-calorie, highly nutritious food ingredient.
