"Night Zoo and Botanical Garden" is held every Saturday from August to the second week of September at the Fukuoka City Zoo and Botanical Garden.

You can still enter the park from 9:00 in the morning, and the admission fees are the same as usual (600 yen for adults, 300 yen for high school students, free for junior high school students and younger), which is a nice touch.
We will introduce the highlights of each of the zoo and botanical garden areas.
[Zoo area] Observe nocturnal animals
The zoo area is attractive because it offers a different experience to that of daytime, with the lively activities of nocturnal animals such as lions, tigers, and red pandas, and the fantastical flamingos illuminated by lights.

The zookeepers' feeding of the animals, which was a huge hit last year, will be held again this year! This is an opportunity for the animals to fully demonstrate their natural ability to eat, so you're sure to enjoy making new discoveries (feeding schedules are posted on the website).
