This is a collaboration between Tsubame Marche, an event run by JR Kyushu that utilizes its train baggage transport service to gather local specialties, and Fuku Marche, an event in Fukuoka city that focuses on organic and local production and consumption.

Fuku Marche selects seasonal ingredients from all over Kyushu and transports them from the production area to Hakata Station on the same day, selling agricultural products picked that morning.

This is the second time the event has been held, and the last time, it attracted so much attention that a long line formed before the event even began. The "seared bonito caught that morning" sold out immediately every day, and the "amaou" strawberries delivered from Kurume Station were also very popular with inbound tourists.

Lots of fresh ingredients! Introducing the products we carry

Here are some of the products that will be sold at the "Tsubame Marche with Fuku Marche STORE"! *Products are subject to change.

Just like fruit! Highest sugar content freshly picked corn [Hori Farm]

Introducing corn that has been certified as "Fukuoka Eco Agricultural Products" in Kurume. It is grown with care using soil rich in microorganisms and natural fertilizers.

Planned products for sale include "Dolce Dream," characterized by the rich flavor of its yellow grains and the milky taste of its white grains, and "Premium Mirai," whose deep yellow grains are packed with flavor.

As time passes after harvest, the sugar in corn turns into starch, so it is said to be sweetest when it is freshly picked. This time, the corn was transported from the field the same day it was harvested! You can enjoy the fresh taste of corn picked that morning, which you can't get through regular distribution.

From Kagoshima! Freshly slaughtered and delivered fresh, chewy seared bonito [Yamami Suisan]

This freshly caught, raw bonito tataki is caught off the coast of Yakushima and Tanegashima and grilled immediately after being caught that morning.

It has a chewy texture and delicious flavor, and has never been frozen, so it is extremely fresh. The flesh is pink in color.

Garnish with plenty of seasonings such as ginger, garlic, and Japanese ginger. It is also recommended to make it into a tataki rice bowl (depending on the situation, it may be necessary to finish it the day before).

Beppu specialty! Melt-in-your-mouth additive-free "Hell Steamed (R) Pudding" [Okamotoya]

A specialty of Beppu, Oita is the hell steamed pudding, which is steamed with hot spring steam! It is carefully steamed with high-temperature steam, giving it a melting texture.

You can eat it raw as is, or you can make jam and spread it on bread or on yogurt, and enjoy it in a variety of ways!

YABAKEI SHIITAKE HAMLET: Delicious log-grown shiitake mushrooms grown in Yabakei

Shiitake mushrooms are cultivated on logs in Kitasokiyama, deep in the mountains of Oita Prefecture. In a satoyama forest that has been passed down for generations, the mushrooms are first cut down and then planted, and the mushrooms are cultivated for two years without the use of pesticides or fertilizers.

The secret to its thick, wild flavor is that it is grown in the mountains of Hon'yabakei, where there are extreme temperature differences. The blessings of nature, overflowing with vitality, are tightly packed into it.

This time, we harvested precious summer mushrooms on logs the day before and delivered them to you. They were so plump that you'd think, "I've never seen such big mushrooms before!" We recommend grilling them as steaks.
