The exhibition that was a huge success in Tokyo and Okinawa is finally coming to Fukuoka! Celebrating half a century since her debut, the exhibition "Hello Kitty Exhibition - When I Change, Kitty Changes" will be held at the Fukuoka Art Museum from Tuesday, June 24th to Sunday, August 31st, 2025.

This new exhibition unravels the uniqueness that only Hello Kitty has, with the theme of "50 years of Hello Kitty and me." There are various corners available, including the largest number of Hello Kitty goods on display in the history of Hello Kitty exhibitions, collaborative works with unique artists, and original video content.

Introducing some of the exhibit contents!

Hello Kitty was born from merchandise design. There is also a corner where many past goods are displayed on the wall. Why not look for goods that bring back memories?

You can trace the history of collaborations through valuable goods such as the original transformation local Kitty series and early character collaboration items.

This exhibition features illustrations created by 30 artists on the theme of "Hello Kitty and I." (Some exceptions apply.​)

There are plenty of photo spots too! There are lots of corners where you can take fun photos, including giant versions of your favorite merchandise.

In addition, there will be a photogenic booth that explains the changes in Hello Kitty as she proactively incorporates the mood of the times, an original video work by video director Atsushi Makino, and many other contents! Also worth checking out is the precious display of early stuffed toys.

Advance tickets are on sale now, including limited edition acrylic stands!

Advance tickets are currently on sale at each play guide. From June 24th (Tue) to June 29th (Sun), tickets for a specific date and time will be available (only available at Ticket Pia).

Additionally, a "Ticket with Limited Acrylic Stand" in a Fukuoka-exclusive color (3,000 yen, limited quantity) will also be available! This will be sold in advance only through Ticket Pia.

休館日：毎週月曜日 ※7月21日（月・祝）、8月11日（月・祝）は開館し、7月22日（火）、8月12日（火）は休館

【大学生・専門学校生】前売券：1,600円／当日券：1,800円
【中学生・高校生】前売券：1,400円／当日券：1,600円
