This is the first collaboration between Tsubame Marche, an event run by JR Kyushu that uses bullet trains and other express trains to gather exquisite products including seasonal ingredients that are delivered on the same day from the production areas, and Fuku Marche, which is held monthly in Fukuoka City with the theme of organic and locally produced food.

During the event, seasonal ingredients selected by Fuku Marche from all over Kyushu will be transported and sold using JR Kyushu's "train baggage transport service."

A huge collection of fresh delicacies from all over Kyushu!
The venue will feature "juicy Amaou strawberries harvested at full ripeness," "directly shipped from Kagoshima," and more.
You can get amazingly fresh delicacies from all over Kyushu, freshly picked and produced.

We will introduce some of them.
Chewy fresh bonito tataki, freshly slaughtered in Kagoshima that morning and delivered directly from the store [Yamami Suisan]
This freshly caught raw bonito is seared off the coast of Yakushima and Tanegashima and grilled raw immediately after being caught that morning.

It is characterized by its chewy elasticity and delicious flavor, and as it is "raw," it is extremely fresh with pink flesh (although depending on conditions, it may be slaughtered the day before).
A rare and rare shrimp! Bouncy and natural Satsuma sweet shrimp [Yamami Suisan]
Wild Satsuma sweet shrimp is highly prized as only a very small amount is distributed on the market. It is characterized by its rich sweetness and thick, bouncy texture.

Because it is so delicate and loses its freshness easily, freezing is usually unavoidable, but we deliver super fresh, freshly caught fish that morning!
Amaou strawberries certified as "Fukuoka Eco Agricultural Products" from Kurume [KAWAKATSU FARM]
The Amaou strawberries are grown with great care and attention to soil preparation. They have been certified as "Fukuoka Eco Agricultural Products," which is given to agricultural products that have been produced using less than half the amount of chemical pesticides and fertilizers required by the prefecture.

Strawberries lose their sugar content the longer they are harvested, so freshness is key! We deliver perfectly ripe, freshly picked strawberries.
Asparagus grown in mineral-rich natural water [Sakai Farm Ponfarm]

Asparagus grows vigorously in Nakagawa City using natural water pumped up from 100 meters underground and rich soil.
With one bite, the sweetness and aroma spreads across your tongue. Freshly picked asparagus is soft and full of moisture, so you can eat it raw! Simply grilling it brings out the amazing flavor.
Shiitake mushrooms grown on logs in Yabakei, Oita [YABAKEI SHIITAKE HAMLET]

Photo: Fuku Marche Executive Committee
Shiitake mushrooms are grown without the use of pesticides or fertilizers in the Kitasogi mountains of Oita Prefecture. The reason for their thick flesh and wild flavor is that they are grown in the Hon'yabakei mountain area, where there are extreme temperature differences, and the blessings of nature, full of vitality, are tightly packed into them.
Freshly picked shiitake mushrooms are characterized by their high moisture content and juicy flavor. We recommend grilling large, plump shiitake mushrooms as steaks.
Prevent food waste by making reservations in advance
In addition to same-day sales, you can also pre-order products online. If you pre-order, you don't have to worry about them being sold out, and you can come to Hakata at any time you like.
Of course, there will be products at the venue that are not available for pre-order, so shopping without a reservation is also fun!
