The indoor children's play area "Chikyu no Niwa Fukuoka" is scheduled to open at AEON Mall Fukuoka in Kasuya-gun, Fukuoka Prefecture on Friday, April 25, 2025.

"Chikyu no Niwa" is aimed at children between the ages of 0 and 12 and their families.

This is a playground themed around the earth and nature, where people can learn while playing, and the Fukuoka store is the 10th store and the first in Kyushu.

Seven areas and fun content filled with the earth's fun

"Chikyu no Niwa Fukuoka" is divided into seven areas with nature motifs, such as "Iceberg," "Volcano," and "Strata," and each area has play equipment that fits the theme.

1. Empty Area

The entrance resembles a vast sky, and guides children into the playful world of the Earth Garden.

2. Volcanic Area

This area is modeled after a volcano erupting magma. You can release some energy in the ball pool with a volcano shooting balls out.

3. Geological area

A sandbox where children can play with sand, which helps to develop their imagination and creativity. The sand is antibacterial.

There is also a sand play area where you can sit on chairs and play, which is wheelchair accessible.

4. Iceberg Area

Slide down the iceberg-shaped slide and then dive straight into the ocean in the ball pool! This is a popular playground equipment for children.

5. Urban areas

This is a corner where you can play six different roles. You can pretend to be a flower shop, supermarket, ice cream shop, and more, which will surely help develop your child's imagination and expressiveness!

6. Mountain Area

This corner has a collection of play equipment that babies can play in safely. We have a ball pool for babies aged 0 to 2 years old and a selection of educational toys carefully selected from manufacturers around the world.

In the space that resembles a forest plaza, events and workshops to learn about the earth are held every day. The "Floating Balloon Dome," a fun playground with floating balloons, is also very popular.

The usage fees are as follows.

*Free admission for children under 1 year old (proof of age must be presented upon entry).
*Please make sure to have one parent or guardian (aged 16 or over) accompany you when using the facility.
*Children aged 13 to 15 in the same group can enter at the adult rate.
*During school holiday periods (spring break, Golden Week, summer vacation, winter vacation, etc.), holiday rates will apply even on weekdays.
*During the Golden Week period, from April 29th (Tuesday, national holiday) to May 6th (Tuesday, compensatory holiday), holiday rates will be applied even on weekdays.
