We are continuously introducing information about illuminations and Christmas events from all over Fukuoka Prefecture.
This time, we will be introducing the Christmas event "Nordic Christmas," which will be held from December 16th (Monday) to 25th (Wednesday) at "MEINOHAMA STEPS," a commercial facility south of Meinohama Station in Nishi-ku, Fukuoka City, which opened in April 2024.

"Nordic Christmas Projection Mapping" until December 25, 2024 (Wednesday) from 17:00 to 22:00 each day
The first projection mapping in the Meinohama area will start early on Saturday, November 30, 2024!
From 5pm to 10pm each day until December 25th (Wednesday), the MEINOHAMA STEPS building will be adorned with fantastical lights and images themed on Northern Europe, the home of Christmas.
Starting from Thursday, December 12th, background music will be added to the show during the 17:00 and 20:00 shows!
You can enjoy it from the MEINOHAMA STEPS affiliated parking lot on the east side of the building.
*Projection may be temporarily suspended in the event of rain or stormy weather.
One-day special market! December 21st (Sat) 14:00-20:30 "MEINOHA Market CHRISTMAS"

The ever-popular market event at "MEINOHAMA STEPS" will be back in a Christmas version.
On Saturday, December 21st from 14:00 to 20:30, the venue will be the 5th floor "STEPS terrace" (alcoholic beverages and light meals) and the 1st floor "strong coffee lab" (soft drinks), where delicious foods from around the country and recommended items for gifts will be available.

・RAKUYA

RAKUYA is a popular cafe in Ureshino City, Saga Prefecture, that was renovated from a traditional Japanese house that was built over 180 years ago. The most popular item, the Yuzu Cheesecake, made with pesticide-free yuzu juice from MIFUKUAN, is now available in an original box designed by Saga-born illustrator Masako Mutsuro. It costs 2,500 yen and is limited to 30 pieces.
・Hayashiya Curry

"Hayashiya Curry" sells "Original Biryani Box" from a kitchen car mainly in Fukuoka city. This time, they will be selling "Salmon Soup" (500 yen).
・DAME NATURE

DAME NATURE is an organic salad bowl store that uses ingredients washed at 50°C and steamed at low temperature. They also sell soups and the market-exclusive "Scandinavian-style salad full of seasonal vegetables" (Small size 1,100 yen, Medium size 1,380 yen).

Hana to Sora creates smudge sticks, swags, wreaths, and other items that incorporate kiwi fruit vines and dried flowers. They sell mini swags (from 1,650 yen) and wreaths (from 3,000 yen).

糸島発の温活ブランド『温spa』は、糸島産玄米とハーブの温熱蒸気で冷えた体を温める『アイピロー』（6種の香り、各1,980円）やリラクゼーショングッズを販売。 当日お試しもできるそう！

Makumo is a textile brand that designs, dyes, and manufactures products in a small seaside atelier in Itoshima. This time, they will be selling original hand-printed fabrics, including handkerchiefs (starting at 1,400 yen).
・Aroma School SOLEIL

An aromatherapist from the aromatherapy and head spa specialty store, Aroma School SOLEIL, will be holding a "Perfume Making Workshop" (1,000 yen, 15 minutes, maximum 20 people). Choose your favorite scent and create your own one-of-a-kind original perfume. No reservations are required, and the event will end when capacity is reached.
・strong coffee lab★Sold at the 1st floor store

"Stong Coffee Lab" is a specialty coffee cafe with a roastery on the first floor of "MEINOHAMA STEPS". They will be extending their business hours and selling special menu items only for this day, such as "Stollen" (200 yen per slice, 1,500 yen per stick *while stocks last) and "Christmas Latte" (650 yen).
・kubelto

The wood-fire restaurant "kubelto" on the first floor of "MEINOHAMA STEPS" will be opening a special stall! They will be selling snacks exclusive to this day, as well as "mulled wine" (600 yen) and "craft beer" (600 yen).
On the day, the following items will also be available for purchase as eating and drinking space.

December 16th (Mon) - 25th (Wed) 10:30-19:00 "MEINOHAMA STEPS Raffle"
From December 16th (Mon) to 25th (Wed), 10:30-19:00, the "MEINOHAMA STEPS Raffle" will be held at "fremtiden" on the 2nd floor. If you spend 1,100 yen or more at any store in the building, you can enter the raffle to win some great prizes, including 100,000 points that can be used for furniture and miscellaneous goods, and 10,000 yen worth of meal vouchers!
