Chocolate made with coarsely ground coffee from "Sanbon Coffee" is sandwiched between crispy cookies. From the left in the photo, there are three types: "Cafe Latte" with white chocolate, "Coffee" with bitter chocolate, and "Caramel Latte" with caramel chocolate.

This terrine, made with butter and mascarpone cheese, has a pistachio cake base, and you can also enjoy the crunchy texture of the apples inside.

Because it is a frozen product, it can be enjoyed as is as an ice cream cake, partially thawed for a cool, refreshing dessert, or fully thawed for a soft, gooey texture... another great thing about it is that it can be enjoyed in a variety of ways.
