Hotel Grandolce Hakata is a 5-minute walk from Nishitetsu Fukuoka (Tenjin) Station, close to Fukuoka City Hall, and within walking distance of the Nakasu entertainment district.

This is because it is located in front of "ACROS Fukuoka" and "Prefectural Tenjin Central Park"!

To make the most of your stay at this hotel, we recommend choosing a room with a balcony. This is the Deluxe Twin (the plan we used this time was for two people in one room, 8,900 yen per person for a room only).

Located on the upper floor facing the park, it is 25 square meters in size and can accommodate 1 to 3 people.

In addition, the "Executive Twin" and "Executive Japanese Room" also have balconies.

The hotel building itself is old, but it is clean and has a nice classical atmosphere.

The bed space is spacious so the bathroom is small.

Amenities (lotion, beauty serum, facial cleanser, makeup remover, hair wax, body towels, and cotton pads) are available in the lobby on the first floor.

Shampoo is provided in the room, but you can also choose your favorite shampoo or shampoo you've been wanting to try from the "shampoo bar" carefully selected by the female staff (you just take as much as you need in a disposable cup).

Exclusively for guests staying at the hotel! The spectacular view from the rooftop terrace on the 11th floor is definitely worth a visit.

One of the attractions of this hotel is the "Rooftop Terrace" where you can enjoy a beautiful view. It is open from 7:00 to 11:00 and 15:00 to 20:00.

Check-out is at 11:00, so we recommend grabbing a cup of coffee to go after breakfast and taking a break on the terrace.

Breakfast is served in the restaurant on the second floor of the hotel. The breakfast venue was relatively relaxed.

The hours are 7:00-9:00.

When you think of winter in Tenjin, Christmas illuminations come to mind.

Hotel Grandolce Hakata is a great spot to view the fantastic Tenjin illuminations from above.

You can see the beautifully shining "ACROS Fukuoka Illuminations" and the "Forest of Light" illuminations at the prefectural Tenjin Central Park.

The illuminations at Tenjin Central Park will be on until December 25th, 2023, but the illuminations at ACROS Fukuoka will be on until February 4th, 2024.

Even if you don't have a room with a balcony, you can still see it from the rooftop terrace, so we recommend it.

By the way, in spring you can enjoy the cherry blossoms in full bloom all over the park, and in autumn you can enjoy the beautiful colorful autumn leaves below.
