[2023 Latest] Fukuoka Daimyo Garden City "Christmas Gate Park" starts on November 21st!

We are currently introducing illuminations from all over Fukuoka Prefecture.

This time, we will be introducing "Christmas Gate Park in Fukuoka Daimyo Garden City," which starts tomorrow, Tuesday, November 21st, 2023.

"Christmas Advent" New Venue! "Christmas Gate Park in Fukuoka Daimyo Garden City" starts on November 21, 2023

Starting this year, the "Fukuoka Christmas Market" has evolved into the "Christmas Advent" and expanded its area! Approximately 120 stores will be set up across five locations (JR Hakata Station Square, Fukuoka City Hall West Side Fureai Square, Prefectural Tenjin Central Park, Former Fukuoka Prefectural Public Hall Guest House, and Fukuoka Daimyo Garden City Square).

This time we will be introducing the new and much-anticipated venue, "Fukuoka Daimyo Garden City Plaza."

"Christmas Gate Park in Fukuoka Daimyo Garden City" will be held from Tuesday, November 21st to Monday, December 25th, 2023, from 17:00 to 22:00 on weekdays (12:00 to 22:00 on December 25th) and from 12:00 to 22:00 on weekends and holidays.

In addition to the illuminations, you can also enjoy hot wine, food, concerts, and more.

"Fukuoka Daimyo Garden City Square" limited edition mug

One thing you must check out at "Christmas Advent" are the mugs that are exclusive to each venue.

The design of Fukuoka Daimyo Garden City Plaza is based on the playground equipment "Daimyo's Great Komainu" at Fukuoka Daimyo Garden City, which is based on the concept of "a guardian deity living in Daimyo Forest."

This is a Christmas version designed by Hiromine Nakamura, the illustrator of "Daimyo's Great Komainu"!

By the way, the mugs from other venues are, clockwise from the top left, "Fukuoka City Hall West Side Community Square," "JR Hakata Station Square," "Former Fukuoka Prefectural Public Hall Guest House," "Tenjin Underground Mall," and "Fukuoka Daimaru Elgala Passage Square."

In addition, there are limited edition mugs such as the "Advent Scratch Mug" which can be purchased at each venue except JR Hakata Station Square, and the "Rainy Day Mug" which can be purchased only on rainy days on weekdays at "Prefectural Tenjin Central Park" and "Former Fukuoka Prefectural Public Hall Guest House"! *Limited edition mugs do not come with a drink. *Sales announcements for the "Rainy Day Mug" will be posted on the website.
