Hello♪ I'm chippachapus and I love going out and visiting cafes.

This time, we will introduce you to a private villa in Itoshima, where you can experience the feeling of a resort trip while still in Fukuoka!

Full of resort vibes! Seaside villa with private pool "Ubusuna" (Itoshima City)

Ubusuna is located in Nijo Yoshii, Itoshima City, about 40 minutes by car from the center of Fukuoka City and about 5 minutes on foot from Fukuyoshi Station on the JR Chikuhi Line. It is a detached house with a private pool that is limited to one group per day.

This is one of four villas in the rental villa "Kuubikai," which opened in September 2022, and can accommodate up to seven people.

You can enjoy Itoshima's beautiful sea and refreshing ocean breeze as if you were living there.

The exterior has a simple design with minimal windows.

Additionally, Ubusuna is located along the coast, so you can enjoy spectacular views of the ocean from your room.

The sea is just a few minutes' walk away, and it's a hidden beach that only locals visit, so you can enjoy a sense of privacy here too.

In addition, there are two mini-velo (bicycles) provided, so it is convenient to go for a stroll to the nearby Fukuyoshi Fishing Port, Fukuyoshi Shiosai Sports Park, and the farm market.

There are many large windows, allowing you to enjoy spectacular views from both the dining room and living room.

In addition, to make your stay "enjoyable like living here," the apartment is equipped with a system kitchen, refrigerator, microwave oven, washing machine, Wi-Fi, hair care, and Bluetooth audio. Amenities are also plentiful.

There is also a sofa space, a daybed, and a desk corner, so you can enjoy choosing your favorite spot depending on your mood.

You can also enjoy unlimited access to Netflix, so you can relax and enjoy movies and dramas.

It was a beautiful space that looked picturesque no matter where you looked.

Enjoy a completely private pool in a fantastic location

The terrace has a private pool overlooking the sea. It is open from 7am to 10am and 2pm to 9pm. It is lit up at night, so you can enjoy the night pool as well.

There are also hammocks, tables, BBQ sets and more on the spacious poolside.

You can relax and unwind from the daily stress by enjoying the view or reading a book in a hammock.

Don't miss the BBQ at sunset. Guests are required to bring their own ingredients, but from October 10, 2022, they can also have local Itoshima ingredients prepared for them for an additional fee.

On this occasion, we purchased ingredients from Itoshima at the JA Itoshima Farmers Market Izunasai, located about 30 minutes by car from ubusuna.

There is a wide selection of tableware, cups, and other cooking utensils available, so you don't have to prepare anything other than the ingredients.

We also recommend watching the sunset by the pool. It was a bit cloudy on the day we visited, but on sunny days you can see a beautiful view.

Two bedrooms with large windows overlooking nature and the sea

There are two bedrooms.

The first room is located just inside the villa and has two double beds.

The second room is at the very back of the villa, which also has a large window overlooking the pool, ocean, and nature.

Both rooms have a TV and a desk, so you can relax and enjoy your stay.

Just like abroad! A stylish Scandinavian-style bathroom

The bathroom has a cute Scandinavian style with pale gray tiles. There are two sinks and even a washing machine with dryer.

The bathroom has a bathtub so you can relax and unwind after a long day. There is a window, but no one can see into your room from outside, so don't worry.

Breakfast is made with Itoshima ingredients and provided by Cocoro, a takeaway Italian restaurant located within the facility.

Breakfast service will begin on October 10, 2022. Guests can enjoy a morning menu made with ingredients from Itoshima by Cocoro, an Italian takeout specialty store located inside the Soukakai facility. *The photo shows the breakfast that was brought with guests.
