Information on new stores at Fukuoka Airport!

This time we would like to introduce an Italian cafe restaurant that will open in the domestic terminal.

"SALVATORE CUOMO Cafe" opens on the 3rd floor of Fukuoka Airport's domestic passenger terminal!

On Wednesday, May 21, 2025, "SALVATORE CUOMO Cafe" will have its grand opening on the third floor of the domestic passenger terminal at Fukuoka Airport. This is a new concept Italian cafe restaurant from "SALVATORE CUOMO," which also has stores in Hakata, Tenjin, and Kokura.

With the addition of limited-edition menu items that incorporate the unique flavor of Fukuoka, this airport restaurant is sure to become a new gourmet spot that will be popular with locals, as well as before and after their trips!

You can enjoy a wide variety of menu items, from authentic pasta and piping hot doria, to popular Neapolitan pizza, and colorful desserts. Lunch is available from 1,500 yen, and dinner is from 2,500 yen.

Here are some of the many options on the menu.

pasta

"Grilled Bacon Spicy Fish Eggs Carbonara" (1,760 yen) is a perfect combination of rich carbonara and Spicy Fish Eggs. The fragrant grilled bacon adds an accent.

The "Freshly Fragrant Shiso Peperoncino" (1,408 yen) has a refreshing shiso scent that spreads softly, and although simple, it is addictive.

Pizza

The pizza dough is made from a blend of wheat grown in Kyushu, "Minaminochikara" from Fukuoka Prefecture and "Sachikaori" from Saga Prefecture.

The "Margherita" (1,650 yen) allows you to enjoy the flavors of ripe tomato sauce, mozzarella, and fresh basil.

Doria

"Salmon and Salmon Roe Cream Doria" (1,848 yen) is a refreshing lemon cream sauce with salmon and salmon roe adding a touch of elegance.

Set menus are also available for pasta, pizza, and doria. Set A includes today's appetizer and soup of the day, Set B includes today's appetizer and bruschetta of the day, and Set C includes today's appetizer and dessert of the day, and each can be added to your main dish for an additional 495 yen.

French toast

Among the desserts, the French toast is particularly noteworthy! You can enjoy four different flavors.

"Brulee Maple" (990 yen) is crisp on the outside and fluffy inside, with a vanilla-scented texture, while "Tiramisu Cream" (1,078 yen) combines the popular tiramisu cream with original espresso sauce.

The "Caramel Chocolate Banana" (1,210 yen) is a perfect match of chocolate sauce and caramelized banana, which goes well with French toast, and the beautiful "Berry Berry Berry" (1,408 yen) is a delicious treat with plenty of fresh cream, strawberries, and berries.
