This time, we will introduce some stylish cafes that are popular among dog lovers.
Le Chien Cafe, a cafe where you can spend time with your dog (Minoshima, Hakata Ward, Fukuoka City)
Le Chien Cafe, located in Minojima, Hakata Ward, Fukuoka City, opened in October 2024.

The name of the cafe, "Lucien," means "beloved dog" in French. As the name suggests, it's a cafe where you can enjoy time with your beloved dog. Of course, people without dogs are also welcome!

The first floor is a cafe where small dogs are allowed (reservations not accepted), and the second floor is a cafe exclusively for small dogs (reservations accepted) (small dogs up to 8kg in weight). There is also an indoor dog run on the second floor, and a dog salon on the third floor.
The store also offers free cart rentals, so you can either let your baby ride in the cart, or you can hold them on your lap as long as they are wearing a manners sheet.
The owner is a dog lover, and felt that there were not many places nearby where you could eat and play with your dog, so he opened this restaurant in the center of Fukuoka.
The shop is not affected by the season or weather, and you don't have to worry about getting dirty, so the owner hopes that visitors will have fun to their heart's content and make memories here.
By the way, the interior of the store was renovated in March 2025, changing from the previous "Korean style" to a "natural vintage" style. The new space retains its cuteness, but the concept is "everyone can enter easily!" regardless of gender or age.
There are tables for four and seats for one person too.

The highlight of the day was the morning menu, which started on May 3, 2025 and is only available on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays from 8:00am to 11:00am.
It was a hot topic even before it started, and on the first day, which fell during Golden Week, there was a line of over two hours!

For an additional 350 yen you can add "Cold Brew", and for an additional 400 yen you can add "Homemade Smoothie of the Day" or "Milk Cold Brew".
This time we tried "Cold Brew". They are particular about their coffee, and they carefully select and purchase delicious coffee beans, which are then brewed for you.

We also recommend the cafe sweets and lunch, which are all handmade.
This is the "Oshikatsu Set" (1,600 yen), which comes with a choice of sweets and a drink.

The drink is a print latte that you can print your favorite photo on! You can choose between hot and iced, but with the iced version you can choose the color of the cream, so you can make it your favorite color.
