This time, we will introduce you to an excellent hamburger restaurant in Kanda-cho, Kyoto-gun.

Opening in December 2024! "Burger Shop Dabby" (Kanda-cho, Kyoto-gun) where you can enjoy the owner's carefully selected hamburgers and paninis

Burger Shop Dabby is located about a 5-minute walk from JR Kanda Station, in front of the cake shop ANGE, and rents space from Bistro Leon during lunch time only.

This hamburger and panini specialty store was opened on December 1, 2024 by the owner, who is a lover of American culture and wanted to "liven up the local shopping district in Karatsu Town!"

There are six kinds of hamburgers! The most popular is the shop's original "Kanda Burger"

The menu includes six types of hamburgers (from 680 yen), three types of panini (from 580 yen), and a side of French fries (400 yen).

For an additional 400 yen, you can add fries and a drink, and you can choose from five types of drink.

The most popular item is the shop's original "Kanda Burger" (980 yen for a single burger, 1,380 yen for a set). It's American-sized and packed with toppings!

The burger is made with a juicy patty made from a unique blend of various parts of beef, fragrantly grilled bacon and eggs, rich cheddar cheese, fresh crunchy lettuce, and fried onions. The buns are an original creation made by a bakery in Kanda-machi, after much trial and error.

Once your order is placed, it will be served fresh.

The sauce is a sweet "Original BBQ Sauce." It's so delicious you'll get addicted to it! The crispy fried onions add a nice touch.

Personally, this is my favorite burger I've ever had.

The hot, freshly fried fries came with ketchup. They were so delicious I couldn't stop eating them!

Also check out the "Double Cheeseburger" with two patties and four slices of cheese!

For those who want to enjoy a more substantial burger, we also recommend the "Double Cheeseburger" (1,250 yen).

It is sandwiched between two thick patties and four slices of rich cheese, making it more filling and satisfying than you'd imagine! The overflowing cheese really whets your appetite.
