Nadaman is a long-established Japanese restaurant founded in 1830 (Tenpo 1). With a commitment to high-quality ingredients, outstanding cooking techniques, and refined service, it is a restaurant that is chosen for special occasions.

Now, Nadaman has opened its first shabu-shabu and sukiyaki specialty restaurant, Nadaya, in Nakasu. You can enjoy carefully selected premium wagyu beef, including A5 rank Matsusaka beef, with the flavor of a traditional Japanese restaurant. With a full service style where the chef prepares the food right in front of you, you can enjoy the deliciousness at the perfect time.

The location is on the top 10th floor of the building "FPG links NAKASU" right next to Haruyoshibashi, the same location as "Hakata Nadaman", which reopened on December 1, 2024.

It is an 8-minute walk from Tenjin Minami Station on the Fukuoka City Subway Nanakuma Line, or a 5-minute walk from Kushidajinja-mae Station (Exit 3).

There are three private rooms (for 4, 6, and 8 people), all with large windows offering a glittering night view of Nakasu.

This luxurious Japanese space is perfect for anniversaries as well as business occasions.

"Shabu-shabu" made with specially selected broth prepared right in front of you

You can enjoy the dishes as a course or a la carte. For both shabu-shabu and sukiyaki, you can choose from A5 rank Matsusaka beef or popular premium Wagyu beef (the lineup changes depending on the availability). Amazingly, you can even add more meat, starting from just one piece!

The course consists of an appetizer, a hot dish, sashimi, vegetables, a main dish, and dessert. The drinks lineup includes wine, sake, and Japanese whiskey.

Let me start by introducing "shabu-shabu."

The soup, which can be said to be the lifeblood of shabu-shabu, comes in two types: "bonito stock" made with two types of bonito flakes, and a rich "secret white soup" made from a blend of pork bones, chicken broth, and beef bones.

You can enjoy a variety of flavors with the "famous shabu sauce," "traditional ponzu sauce," "classic rich sesame soy sauce sauce," and a wide variety of condiments.
